We typically meet customers at Lone Star Gun Range in Lockhart as it is the least expensive option in most cases, and outdoors which allows us to communicate better as outdoor ranges are not as loud.
No. LTC classes cover the laws around using and carrying firearms; we teach people how to operate firearms safely and accurately.
Lessons include use of a pistol, 50 rounds of ammunition and targets. Packages include use of firearms and ammunition, targets, and supervision throughout the trip. Range admission and ear protection are not included (ear pro is available cheap or free at the range).
Yes, personal firearms can be brought or guns can be rented directly from the range. We ask that if you do so, whether a package or a lesson or range rental, that you save them for after your party is done shooting our provided firearms. Personal ammo can only be fired through your personal firearms, not Max Force or range-rented firearms.
Yes. However, if you live outside Texas it may be illegal to possess ammunition or components of ammunition in your home state or country, or to transport such across international borders.
Contacting us via text, email or social media is best. Check our "Available Firearms" page at top if you would like to pick anything specific. When you contact us the more information we have the better we can put together a custom package. If possible include number of shooters, age/gender, budget, what if anything is being celebrated, and where the group is from.
Package prices are mostly dependent on our ammunition costs, which have been highly volatile since the beginning of Covid-19. The best way for customers to save is to shoot .22's, shotguns, or multiple firearms of the same caliber and our standard packages are put together with that in mind. On our "Available Firearms" page we include the caliber and indicate relative cost of ammunition for those who want to build their own packages.
